When you need a corporate document apostilled, like those listed here, the process is different. You must order them certified, with the Apostille attached at the same time. The Texas Secretary of State does not attach Apostilles to previously issued copies of certified corporate documents. We regularly provide this service for our clients.
When you place your order on our website, you select the Apostille on Corporate Documents from the Texas Secretary of State
Then enter the company name, its unique file number from the Texas Secretary of State, and the specific document (s) you want for this company.
Currently, most corporate documents are generated by the State, overnight.
We can scan and/or ship the documents to you once they're ready.
Texas Apostille Service is a private document expeditor. We are not a state or government agency.
