If we have your certified documents by 1 p.m. (Central U.S time, Mon-Fri, except Holidays and weather closures) they will ship to their end destination that day, or there is NO Texas Apostille Service fee, State charges still apply.

You must email us the tracking number the day you ship the document to us to qualify for the guarantee.

If we have no notice of the incoming job the guarantee does not apply


Please note that all items must be notarized by a Notary Public or certified by a governmental agency before you ship them to Texas Apostille. The State of Texas has strict guidelines for the authentication (Apostille/Certificate) of documents. Please consult with the Secretary of State of Texas before submitting documents to Texas Apostille. 

Common Reasons for Rejection of Documents

If your document is rejected by the Secretary of State for certification for any reason, Texas Apostille fees are non-refundable and later trips for corrected documents are charged at the original rate. If the Secretary of State office is closed during normal business hours, due to Holidays or any emergencies such as weather, the delivery will be delayed accordingly.
