Common Reasons for Rejection of Documents
For an additional fee we will email you a scan of your Apostille/Authentication Certificate once it is attached along with the document. For your records we recommend you make a copy of the document in it's entirety before you ship the document for processing.

We will review your documents after your invoice is paid. Once we confirm they are correct then you ship them to us.
Documents must be sent stapled in the order you want them in. Do not send extra pages that don't pertain to the Apostilled document. We do not staple, alter or arrange documents. All documents must be ready for processing when they arrive.
